How do I change the email account I used to register?
A. Need to update the original email you registered with? From your email pull down menu, select Account > Change Email:

How to categorize my services and resources?

How do we assign an admin to control and see every staff’s booking details?
A. This feature is called “SUPER ADMIN” and it is a (special account) that our team can enable in the backend for you. Contact us to set this up for your business.
How do I remove a staff member?
A. On the people’s page > Select the Remove button of the staff member you would like to remove. FYI – to remove a provider, you must do the following:
- Remove the schedule of the provider you are trying to remove
- Cancel/delete or re-assign to another provider the existing appointments that this provider has on their calendar
I don’t have a physical address. How do I set up On-Site Appointments?

Adding Yocale Webpage Icon to Your iPhone Home Screen (IOS)
You can add a bookmark to access the web page, but it’s most efficient to add a shortcut directly on the home screen.
- Maneuver over to your Yocale account and you will see the arrow icon at the bottom of your iPhone screen.
- Once you click on that icon, you will see “Add to Home Screen”
Once you add the web page to your home screen, the website icon will appear on your home screen for quick accessibility.
Add Yocale Webpage Icon to Your Android Home Screen (Chrome)
To add Yocale to your home screen using Android, follow these simple steps:
- Launch the “Chrome” app.
- Open the website or web page you want to pin to your home screen.
- Tap the menu icon (3 dots in the upper right-hand corner) and tap add to the home screen.
