What is Reserve with Google? Google Reserve is a new way to book services and classes in your local area. When a potential new client searches for a service or a business using Google Search, Google Maps, or the Reserve with Google website, they will see the upcoming matched services & classes you’re offering. Google users will then have the option to select an appointment or class time and optionally purchase and complete their transaction right from the Google screen. This makes the booking experience faster and more efficient.

Google Book Button
If your business qualifies for Reserve with Google (RWG), then this is a great way to have a Google-based booking experience for your RWG qualified business. If your business is ineligible for RWG or you prefer your clients’ book through Yocale’s booking experience, then follow below.
To begin, in your Yocale account, navigate to the Booking Page button at the top of the page to get your unique booking widget link. In the Booking Page > select Copy Link for the Online Booking Widget then proceed with the steps below.
To add the online booking link to your Google My Business, log into your GMB account listing and follow the steps below:
- Select the tab on the left-hand side called Info
- Select the Appointment links button to add in your direct booking link
- Add in your appointment link as shown below > Select Apply
4. Next, select the Add Attributes option under from the business
5. Select the Service options that apply to your business. We recommend adding the Online appointments option so clients can see within a Google search that your appointment is bookable online > when finished select Apply:
Great! Your business is now ready to be booked straight from Google to your online booking widget page.

For your Google Business listing to display who your “Appointments” are supported by (as the image displays) follow the steps below:
- Select the tab on the left-hand side called Info
- Select the Appointment links button to add in your direct booking link
3. Add in your appointment link as shown below > Select Apply
Book Button to Google Website
To add the book button on your website please follow these steps.
1) Log in to Google My Business account
2) Scroll down to “Website” on the left side menu
3) Click on “Edit”
4) Click on “Button” and select “make appointment”
5) Open Yocale and log in inside your account. Navigate to “Booking Page” top right corner and copy your “Online Booking Widget” link
6) Go back to Google My Business and paste it in the Appointment Links field
7) Press the checkmark button and finally the publish button
